The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed stricter air standards for ozone, commonly referred to as smog, which experts say could drive 77,000 more jobs away from Tennessee by 2020 if enacted at the end of October.

The Waxman-Markey bill passed by the U. S. House of Representatives this past summer was my wake-up call.   The legislation authorizes regulations devastating to small businesses and homeowners across America and will have profound and unintended consequences for all of us.....
